Are the flavor cartridges sugar-free?
Yes, many of our Sip cartridges are sugar-free and contain zero calories. We offer various lines, including FitSip with electrolytes and LifeSip with B-vitamins, to suit your dietary needs.
How long does one Sip cartridge last?
On average, one Sip cartridge can flavor about six 22-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium flavor intensity (dial setting 4).
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on Sip cartridges. However, if your bottle or lid is defective, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement.
